About The Role
As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will support the execution and delivery of client campaigns by owning the operational foundations of accounts — including onboarding setup, documentation hygiene, weekly updates, and campaign scheduling logistics. You will work closely with a Senior Campaign Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with the content team and internal operators to ensure campaigns ship on time, remain aligned to strategy, and stay organized in internal systems. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within Campaign Management or Customer Success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Account Operations
Set up client workspaces and internal systems during onboarding.
Ensure onboarding data is accurately captured and maintained.
Participate in onboarding calls, supporting the Lead Campaign Manager and documenting next steps.
Maintain clean and organized internal documentation (account health, strategy notes, decisions).
Own your book of business from an operational perspective.
Client Communication & Weekly Updates
Deliver weekly client updates (primarily async), ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
Track action items, risks, blockers, and escalate when necessary.
Attend client calls when required, contributing execution visibility and context.
Content & Campaign Execution Support
Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely delivery aligned with strategy.
Schedule content and manage campaign logistics.
Ensure campaigns remain aligned with intended outcomes and execution standards.
Ensure all contract deliverables are met.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with other Campaign Managers to maintain documentation and delivery standards.
Participate in daily huddles and team meetings with clear updates and priorities.
Take full ownership of tasks and communicate early about risks or delays.
Process Improvement
Identify recurring issues in onboarding, documentation, scheduling, or delivery workflows.
Propose and help implement process improvements to reduce friction and prevent errors.
What Success Looks Like
New accounts are set up cleanly and consistently.
Weekly client updates are timely, structured, and reflect real progress.
Campaign scheduling runs smoothly with minimal delivery misses.
Internal documentation is always current and clear.
Problems are escalated early.
Contract deliverables are consistently achieved on time.
