The Scrum Master will ensure business and technical requirements are accurately captured, dependencies met, and solutions efficiently delivered and adopted across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include guiding teams in mastering Agile practices, leading ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, removing obstacles, and cultivating continuous improvement.
This role requires more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master, four years in the IT industry, mastery of project management tools, excellent communication skills, fluent Spanish level, and advanced English level.
