Job Description:
The position of Senior Issue Resolution Lead is a strategic role that provides the highest level of issue resolution for customer problems jeopardizing business relationships and/or sales opportunities.
A cross-functional team led by this Senior Lead will work together to resolve critical customer issues, including members from various departments such as Support, Sales, Product Management, and Development Engineers.
This Senior Lead will drive progress and resolution of customers' critical issues, maintain and improve procedures for customer and field personnel, and handle direct customer leadership and technical audiences.
* Drive clear intake, scope, priority, exit criteria, and end-to-end process to achieve streamlined issue resolution.
* Maintain and improve procedures for customer and field personnel for issue handling.
* Handle direct customer leadership and technical audiences as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in managing critical issues in a cross-functional environment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize with a goal of driving issues to closure on behalf of the customer.
