Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist, passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow in the technology sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing and be willing to learn and develop in a dynamic environment. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will manage and execute communication and marketing campaigns, with the necessary support and mentorship to become a leader in the area.
Responsibilities:
* Support in the Development of B2B Marketing Strategies: Collaborate in the creation and execution of marketing strategies focused on demand generation and brand positioning in the B2B market.
* Content Production and Management: Participate in creating relevant and engaging content for LinkedIn campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
* Execution of Digital Campaigns: Implement and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, learning to handle key tools and growth marketing strategies.
* Collaboration and Learning: Work alongside internal sales, product development, and design teams, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and develop project management skills.
* Measurement of Results: Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, using analytical tools to learn how to optimize strategies based on data.
If you have:
* Experience in Digital Marketing: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably with some exposure to B2B marketing.
* Willingness to Learn and Grow: Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the company, with the goal of becoming an all-round leader in marketing and communication.
* Hands-On Approach: Ability to execute operational tasks under supervision, with the necessary support to gradually gain autonomy.
* Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams and manage multiple tasks.
It's a plus:
* Knowledge of Growth Marketing or Account Based Marketing (ABM)
* Familiarity with analytical tools and digital marketing platforms like LinkedIn Ads or Google Analytics
* Interest in the technology sector and a desire to learn more about the AI/ML ecosystem
