We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to lead our technical talent acquisition efforts in Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and placing top technical talent for US-based companies, as well as supporting US-based recruiting efforts for clients.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing scalable recruiting processes, and leveraging various sourcing tools to identify top candidates.
* Full-cycle recruiting experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Diverse IT roles: Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Technical expertise: Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
* Project management: Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Software proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and execute successful recruitment campaigns.
You will also be responsible for analyzing recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize our recruitment processes.
