Training Operations Specialist
The ideal candidate will provide expert support to customers in Frankfurt, coordinating training sessions and overseeing activities within the service.
A key contact point for local stakeholders, you will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team and collaborate with the Indian team on changes/updates in training events/programs.
Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, determining session requirements, initiating and managing requests, and organizing training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.

This role requires 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, international work environment exposure, and a high-level understanding of the training landscape.
