This role is part of the People Success area and acts as a strategic partner to leaders and teams, ensuring a high-impact, culture-aligned employee experience throughout the full journey. The role owns end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, provides ongoing support and coaching to organizational leaders, and leads initiatives related to culture, benefits, and corporate social responsibility (CSR), always with a continuous improvement and scalability mindset.
What You'll Do:

Own and lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and culture-aligned employee experience.
Act as a strategic partner to leaders, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and support on team health, performance, engagement, and complex people situations.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, delivering high-quality internal client support with a strong service mindset.
Drive and execute culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen Qubika’s values and employee experience across teams.
Identify improvement opportunities through feedback and data, and implement scalable solutions to enhance People processes and the overall employee lifecycle.

What we expect from you:

Experience working for Brazilian companies in Brazil. SP/Curtiva Preferred
4+ years of experience in HRBP/People Partner/HR Generalist roles with strong leadership exposure within tech companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Fluent Spanish nice to have.
Experience working in dynamic, multicultural and/or distributed environments is a plus.
Previous experience with Workday is a plus.

Business Developer - Last Mile Partners, Amzl Edsp (External Delivery Service Provider)

Amazon’s transportation teams work to ensure the delivery of packages globally for customers around the world. Whether its items large or small, we find solutions to make sure we are delivering on our promise for customers.
Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking an EDSP Business Developer to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third‑party operated Delivery Stations which use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages in different regions of the country. There are currently 38 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 5 different partners and the 2024 plan is to reach 92 nodes with at least 10 different partners. The EDSP Business Developer is responsible for hunting new partners and following the onboarding process until the new EDSPs are launched. We expect our team members to identify ways to improve our operations continually.
Key Job Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process of new EDSPs until its launch.
Partner with Purchasing and Program Management Teams on the identification and development of potential new partners, looking for new opportunities of volume increase and cost reduction for AMZL.
Partner with PMO on the launches’ planning per task and stakeholder, assuring the committed timing and cost.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Logistics and Transportation.
Experience in Project Management.
