Brand and Marketing Designer - Part-time Role
We are looking for a talented Brand and Marketing Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative marketing designs that drive results.
About the Job
* Develop day-to-day marketing materials, including ad creatives, product animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, and partner assets.
* Elevate and maintain our brand system across web and product surfaces.
* Transform complex AI features into clear and conversion-ready visuals, such as diagrams, product mockups, and short motion snippets.
* Rapidly prototype A/B test variants and ship multiple creative angles per week.
* Create reusable templates for speed, such as social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, and sales one-pagers.
* Collaborate on campaign concepts from start to finish: insight, moodboard, concept, production, and iteration.
* Maintain a tidy Figma workspace with components, tokens, and documentation for seamless collaboration.
What Success Looks Like
* Enhance our designs to establish thought-leadership as a bold brand in AI SaaS.
* Deliver asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests and weekly creative batch drops.
* Foster a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with minimal rework.
Your Qualifications
* 6+ years of hands-on design experience in SaaS/AI (agency or in-house).
* A deep understanding of category patterns and how to break them.
* An exceptional eye for taste, with refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where needed, and edge when required.
* A strong interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI, with solid references.
* The ability to defend strong creative while staying coachable and adaptable.
* Proficiency in tools like Figma and WordPress/Elementor, with Adobe Illustrator skills as needed.
* Bonus points for experience with light motion (After Effects or Figma video exports).
Bonus Points
* 2–4+ years of experience in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).
* The ability to produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).
* Understanding of performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).
* Experience building componentized design systems for marketing.
