Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for SAP Basis activities, including upgrades, infrastructure updates, and cloud migrations.
* Develop and implement solutions for end-to-end troubleshooting using your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
* Contribute to the development of new skills and knowledge within the team through training and mentorship.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP Applications.
* Hands-on experience with SAP HEC and SAP S/4HANA or other cloud solutions.
* Excellent customer focus, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
