Key Responsibilities
* Execute the daily planning and scheduling of content across key social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to boost brand visibility.
* Set up, schedule and deploy email campaigns and newsletters.
* Manage the digital content calendar and ensure timely updates on the website and social channels through CMS.
* Research competitors, audience trends and digital opportunities to guide planning.
* Compile data and prepare reports on website traffic, social engagement and email metrics.
* Maintain marketing tools including CMS and CRM for updates, data hygiene and segmentation.
* Monitor digital channels and support online engagement and community interaction.
Required Qualifications
* Background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, E-commerce, or Advertising is preferred, or equivalent relevant background.
* Strong familiarity and hands-on knowledge of core digital marketing functions, including online marketing, social media management and email marketing platforms.
* Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer plus CMS and CRM software.
* Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be based in Brazil with reliable high-speed internet.
* Strong English skills plus Portuguese is a bonus.
