1. New Demand Management: Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
2. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance our CFIN and PaPM processes and tools to increase efficiency and value delivery.
3. Service Introduction & Handover: Ensure seamless transitions from projects to operations by coordinating with functional and technical teams.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
