About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)
As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you'll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, investment banks, and asset managers. We cater to top-rated institutions, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
What You Will Be Doing at Our Company
* Preparation of information memoranda, company profiles, Industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due diligence decks and financial models.
* Maintaining trading and transaction comps.
* Creating and maintaining industry databases, newsletters and market updates.
* Collecting financial data using online sources.
* Handling ad hoc research requests as per client requirements.
Requirements
* Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas.
* Experience of 0 – 4 years in finance or related area.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
* Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and teams.
* Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must.
* Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
* Flexibility to work as per client schedule and workload requirements.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.
