Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists play a pivotal role in connecting clients with top talent. In this senior-level position, you will serve as a strategic liaison between the client and the organization, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving operational excellence.
The primary responsibilities of this role include acting as the primary point of contact, building relationships with hiring managers, overseeing recruitment delivery teams, analyzing data to drive improvements, influencing team performance, and presenting insights to leadership.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Native language proficiency and fluency in English (Spanish is an asset)
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence
* Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions
