About the Role

 * Build and maintain relationships with clients to establish trust and credibility.
 * Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to research and segment leads, including ZoomInfo, Crelate, and LinkedIn Premium.
 * Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity using SourceWhale and internal CRM systems.
Requirements
 * 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales or recruiting environment.
 * Proven track record of success generating meetings with mid-market clients.
 * Mastery of cold calling and sales engagement tools, including SourceWhale and ZoomInfo.
 * Strong understanding of professional services, particularly in technology, product management, or executive search.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
