Job Title: Strategic Business Analyst
Taking charge of financial planning is a vital step in any business strategy. As a strategic business analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company.
Your primary responsibility will be to own and manage Teachable's monthly labour process, including updating actuals and forecasts. You will also support the buildup of labour-related balance sheet accounts and cash flow statements, taking ownership of monthly updates and analyses.
In collaboration with HR teams, you will analyze financial data to develop actionable insights that drive decision-making. Your focus on delivering exceptional results through strong data analysis skills is crucial for driving success.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business, Economics, Finance)
* 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Business Operations
* Strong modelling (Excel) skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while analyzing large volumes of data for reporting purposes
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex ideas effectively. A passion for leveraging technology-driven tools like Sigma database software would be advantageous but not necessary at this stage.
