Senior Project Manager Opportunity
This senior project manager role is responsible for leading IT project management teams in an Agile Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Manage user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts using Microsoft DevOps.
* Perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* PMP certification and CSM.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
