Responsibilities
* Formulate business development plans, assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation, and signing of business cooperation projects
* Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Affiliates or KOLs
* Support Affiliates or KOLs and design special campaigns to increase their trading volume
* Build partnerships with Affiliates or KOLs and promote cooperation with each other
* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing Affiliates or KOLs
Requirements
* Strong interest in business development, growth, or partnership-related roles
* Internship, campus activity, or project experience in business development, sales, marketing, or community growth is a plus
* Basic understanding of crypto/Web3 markets is preferred
* Good communication skills in English and local languages are essential
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply
