We're looking for a strategic thinker with a creative mind to join our growing team as a Brand Strategist.
This person will be responsible for shaping the brand vision and strategy for our clients, building strong positioning platforms, and leading the discovery process that informs creative campaigns, messaging, and visual identity.
Responsibilities
* Lead brand discovery and positioning for new and existing clients
* Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and audience profiling
* Research audience behavior, trends, and competitors
* Write clear, actionable creative briefs that inspire designers, copywriters, and media teams
* Collaborate with the media team and project managers to align brand direction with campaign goals
* Review and interpret campaign performance data to uncover insights and inform creative direction
* Present strategies and insights to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence
* Guide consistency of brand expression across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or related roles at a digital or creative agency
* Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and creative development processes
* Comfortable analyzing performance reports (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
* Excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills
* Ability to think both conceptually and analytically
* Comfortable presenting and defending your ideas to clients and internal teams
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
