About the Role

Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy production-ready software solutions
* Build AI-enabled applications and automation workflows
* Evaluate and implement new technologies through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
* Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Contribute to architecture decisions, coding standards, and technical best practices
* Integrate AI services, APIs, and automation platforms into business applications
* Help drive the adoption of modern software development practices, including AI-assisted development
Qualifications
* 5+ years of software engineering experience
Required Skills
* Strong software design and problem-solving skills
* Experience building and supporting production applications
* Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
* Experience with workflow automation and process orchestration
* Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across multiple projects
Technical Environment
Experience in several of the following areas is preferred:
* .NET/ C#
* Node.Js
* React
* JavaScript / TypeScript
* PostgreSQL
* MongoDB or document databases
* REST APIs
* Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
* AI integrations and automation platforms
* Claude
