Training Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the planning and execution of our training programs. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of these programs to our clients.
* Identify and analyze client training needs, determining the number of sessions required to meet their requirements.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as necessary.
* Coordinate the scheduling of training sessions with trainees' expectations and availability, ensuring seamless execution.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, have exposure to international work environments, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the training landscape. They must also be able to communicate effectively, possess attention to detail, and be a collaborative team player. Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint also required.
