For more information, click here.Role Reports ToESP PERF FORCA CAMPOLocation:Latin America, Argentina, Buenos Aires, Capital FederalWork Location:HybridWhat You Will DoWhat you will doYou will be part of the regional team focused on developing and implementing training and development initiatives, with special attention to the needs of LAS.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of the training area focusing on LAS – Argentina, Chile, and Distrihub (Paraguay, Bolivia, and Uruguay), as well as assist with topics related to Brazil.Assist in the implementation of the development journey and training methodologies, aligned with regional and local needs.Support the training and onboarding program for new Sales employees.
