Scrum Facilitator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrum facilitator to join our agile environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for guiding two scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of agile practices.
* Lead daily scrum meetings to ensure alignment with agile principles.
* Support and guide one scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Collaborate with an enterprise agile coach to enhance team performance and delivery.
* Help implement and adopt SAFe practices within the organization.
* Identify, escalate, and help resolve impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated scrum master.
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (scrum, scrum of scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a plus.
* Experience working with agile tools like Jira or Confluence.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate conflicts effectively.
