Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, building strong relationships with hiring leaders, and driving business results through effective recruitment strategies.
About the Role
* SOURCE AND ATTRACT TALENT: Utilize intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, and our ATS to identify passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline of qualified prospects.
* PARTNER WITH HIRING LEADERS: Collaborate with hiring leaders to develop a complete understanding of each opening and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
* MANAGE THE RECRUITING LIFE CYCLE: Oversee the entire recruiting process from candidate generation to direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension, and closing candidates.
* FOCUS ON DIVERSITY IDENTIFICATION, SOURCING, AND ATTRACTION: Proactively research and generate new/creative sourcing ideas to fill challenging positions by leveraging knowledge of current sourcing practices and trends.
Requirements
* APPROXIMATELY 6+ YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS A TECHNICAL RECRUITER:
o Strong track record of sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles.
o In-house recruiting experience, ideally within tech/SaaS environments.
o Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment: kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.
o Excellent written and spoken English.
