Job Description:
* Develop applications using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts Data Raptors Integration Procedures and FlexCards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
* Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
* Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools to meet business needs.
* Write clean, efficient code using Apex Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components as needed.
* Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
* Develop comprehensive test plans including unit tests integration tests and user acceptance testing.
* Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX change sets or version control systems.
* Create detailed documentation for developed solutions including design documents user guides and maintenance instructions.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions addressing any issues.
* Monitor and optimize solution performance ensuring they operate efficiently within Salesforce governor limits.
* Work closely with project managers other developers and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Engage with clients to gather feedback and make recommendations for enhancements or new features.
* Share knowledge and best practices with the team contributing to collective expertise and professional development.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases Omni Studio updates and industry trends.
* Ensure all development work complies with industry standards and Salesforce security guidelines.
