About the Role
We are seeking an experienced product designer leader to oversee the end-to-end design process for our high-growth SaaS startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise product design, especially in cybersecurity and technical SaaS products.
As a senior product designer manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and drive user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full design process, from discovery to high-fidelity UI, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance.
* Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business needs.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews, critique, and team leadership.

Requirements
* Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle).
* Deep knowledge of interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and UX strategy for B2B products.
* Experience working in agile development environments with PMs and engineers.

Preferred Qualifications
* 8+ years as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with senior-level expertise.
* Understanding of frontend principles (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
