Senior SAP ABAP Developer (IBP / Finance Focus)

Location: Remote but must be based in Brazil

Seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to support its global IBP (Integrated Business Planning) implementation across Europe, North and South America. The consultant will replace an outgoing developer and play a key role in building and maintaining interfaces, enhancements, and integrations within the SAP ECC environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, function modules, BADIs, BAPIs, and iDOCs
* Design and implement integrations between SAP ECC and middleware tools (e.G., Workado)
* Build custom tables and data interfaces to support IBP and Finance streams
* Collaborate with functional teams, integration leads, and other developers across regions
* Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation of technical solutions
* Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP development standards
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience (ECC environment)
* Proven experience in IBP and Finance integration projects
* Strong understanding of data interfaces and integration frameworks (iDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs)
* Familiarity with middleware systems (Workado or similar)
* Experience supporting international, multi-region SAP environments
* Excellent English communication and team collaboration skills
Nice to Have
* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (awareness level acceptable) Not mandatory
* Previous experience in manufacturing / industrial sectors
