We are dedicated to making lives better through our empathetic customer engagement and advocacy for our clients' brands and reputations.What's the Role About?This position is responsible for maintaining InteLogix PC Systems, including installations, modifications, and repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems by performing the following duties.QualificationsWhat We Look for in Candidates:Associate in computer science or PC related certification preferred.1 or more years of PC Support related experience. Experience leading complex and/or large-scale desktop hardware/software related projectsExperience in supporting virtual solutions; VDI, RDP, RDSH, DaaS or Cloud Virtual DesktopsSpecific experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and AWS Workspace preferredExperience in Microsoft O365 Enterprise Licenses and Teams Collaboration preferredExperience in End User Experience, Application Performance Monitoring of both premise and Cloud solution is preferredResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and support a variety of PC systems, peripheral devices and associated infrastructureSupport of mobile devicesPerform hardware diagnostics and execute or coordinate repairs in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfactionProvide second level support for all hardware and software escalations from the Help DeskUse discretionary judgment in planning, scheduling and executing computer equipment installations, imaging, upgrades and replacement projectsEffectively translate user requests, business needs and technical specifications into formal written documentationReview, prioritize, and work trouble tickets within trouble ticket system, with a high sense of urgencyProvide off-hours support (on a rotating basis) to include nights and/or weekendsOwn and resolve the most complex technology issues escalated by senior management in a manner which builds trust while ensuring business continuityMaintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goalsMaintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkersWork safely without presenting a threat to self or othersPerform additional duties as required by IT Management from time to time.What's it in for YOU?Law BenefitsPaid Health and Life InsurancePaid Time Off (vacation)Referral ProgramOpportunities for career growthNiveau hiérarchique Premier emploi Type d'emploi Temps plein Fonction Technologies de l'information Secteurs Services et conseil aux entreprises
