Reports to Founder/Marketing/Head of Design.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight → moodboard → concept → production → iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, and discerning restraint where it matters.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; strong references at your fingertips.Bold, yet coachable; comfortable defending strong creative ideas while staying collaborative.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with; low-ego, clear communication.Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.Bonus: light motion skills (After Effects, or Figma video exports).Bonus Points if you have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).Ability to produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops) and understand performance marketing basics.The OpportunityStart part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through results.Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one.How to ApplyEmail: ******Share your LinkedIn and portfolio.Optional: a short Loom walkthrough of one project.NotesWe move fast.
