Business Process Specialist
The Business/Functional Analyst role plays a pivotal part in aligning business needs with technological solutions. The primary function is to analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities:

Proficiency in business analytics tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, and experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and leadership experience are essential. Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMP (Project Management Professional), or Certified ScrumMaster, and advanced programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C# are valuable assets.
