Customer Success Business Developer

Key responsibilities include:
1. Customer Engagement & Onboarding
* Deliver training and enablement sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
* Provide guidance to help clients realize the full value of our offerings.
* Maintain strong, collaborative relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
2. Business Development & Growth
* Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive new business growth.
* Develop a pipeline of new opportunities in assigned territories.
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
3. Strategic Communication & Marketing
* Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of our solutions among key stakeholders.
* Support marketing initiatives such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
* Represent us at conferences and trade shows as needed.
4. Reporting & Documentation
* Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM.
* Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
