SEM Specialist (E-commerce Focus)
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads for DTC e-commerce brands. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making will help optimize ad performance, improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) & Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
- Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA.
- Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce.
- Knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies to enhance funnel efficiency.
