Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Cross-Department Communication: Act as a liaison between creative, production, and marketing teams to facilitate collaboration and streamline processes.
* Scheduling & Resource Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet project demands.
* Quality Control: Review and ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and internal standards before final delivery.
* Performance Reporting: Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
* Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
