Electrical BIM Team Lead Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Team Lead to oversee and lead the development, coordination, and delivery of Electrical BIM models across all project stages.
This role involves managing and guiding the Electrical BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship to ensure accurate and efficient model development.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline) with strong understanding of electrical systems.
* Strong experience using Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model review.
* Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, Bluebeam, and other industry tools.
