1.1. Collect and feedback market intelligence regarding clients, projects, and competitors.
1. Account Management
2.1. Conduct visits to and host receptions for overseas clients to facilitate business development and partnership negotiations.
2.2. Participate in international exhibitions, exchange conferences, product launch events, and seminars as required by the company.
2.3. Accurately identify key decision-makers within client organizations; develop, establish, maintain, and enhance ongoing relationships; and lead customer engagement efforts for project intelligence gathering and throughout the bidding process.
2.4. Participate in international project bidding, responsible for comprehensive cost estimation analysis and optimization, project risk analysis and mitigation recommendations, preparation of commercial tender responses, and compilation of all necessary business qualification documents.
1. Performance Management
3.1. Formulate client visit plans and project development strategies.
3.2. Achieve set targets based on KPI metrics, including net profit, product shipment, payment receipt, accounts receivable, number of validated registered clients, and channel development.
3.3. Strictly control business risks by monitoring client creditworthiness and managing accounts receivable stringently.
1. Risk Control
4.1. Maintain a strong understanding of overseas legal and customs regulations, alongside internal company policies and procedures, to effectively manage import/export operational risks.
