Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Junior Developer to join our distributed global software engineering team. As our automated AI matching networks and foundational HR API infrastructure experience rapid commercial adoption across North America and the GCC, we are expanding our core technical team to support feature deployment, database optimization, and high-volume data validation holds.

Operating completely remote from within Brazil, you will work alongside senior software architects to write clean code, squash system bugs, and optimize front-end and back-end modules. You will play a vital, hands-on role in scaling our cloud ecosystems, collaborating directly with our core engineering and innovation hub in Abu Dhabi.

• Feature Development & Maintenance: Write clean, testable code to build and refine responsive user interfaces and backend logic layers.
• API Integration Support: Assist in maintaining and documenting our core HR API pathways, ensuring reliable data handshakes with third-party corporate client environments.
• Bug Remediation: Actively identify, debug, and resolve front-end layout shifts and server-side script errors to ensure a seamless web experience.
• Database Optimization: Write and optimize basic database queries, assisting senior engineers with structured data management and transactional logging.
• Technical Documentation: Keep internal engineering docs, API logs, and deployment workflows meticulously updated to support codebase transparency.

• Proven Foundation Experience: 1+ years of professional software development experience, a dedicated internship background, or a robust portfolio of live full-stack web applications.
• Core Tech Stack Familiarity: Hands-on exposure to modern front-end tools (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Vue) and backend environments (Node.Js, Python, or equivalent framework logic).
• Database & Git Comfort: Fundamental understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and solid familiarity with version control protocols (Git/GitHub).
• Strong Problem-Solving Drive: A sharp analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn complex cloud architectures under the mentorship of senior engineers.
• Excellent Communication: Clear, structured verbal and written English communication skills;
  a natural ability to collaborate effectively across remote, distributed channels. (Portuguese language capability is your native framework;
  English is required forarchitecture syncs).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical coding boot camp credentials).

• Base Salary:R$ 8,400 – R$ 10,500 BRL per month (Paid out via equivalent USD stable contract options of $1,600 – $2,000 USD, dependent on portfolio depth and technical evaluation performance).
