About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join an Agile environment, supporting one to two teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with leadership.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
