Freelance Artist Opportunity
The Common Lives Project is seeking artists to contribute to human-centered AI research by recording their daily creative process using GoPro cameras.
* Record a minimum of 7 hours daily, with flexibility to pause the camera.
* Upload footage securely and review clips, choosing to delete or anonymize each segment.
Household Requirements:
* No children under 18 present or visiting during recording.
* All adults must be fluent English speakers and consent to being recorded.
* Live in a private, self-contained apartment or indoor work environment.
* All household members must appear in the footage.
Participant Requirements:
* Work indoors in non-customer-facing roles.
* Share the same workplace or household and have both participants wear a GoPro.
* Engage in manual or creative work.
* Be self-employed or have employer consent to record.
* Use a computer for basic tasks like reviewing and uploading video clips.
Technical Requirements:
* Access to a computer and internet connection.
* Comfortable using web-based tools for uploading and reviewing clips.
* GoPro equipment will be provided by the project.
