Sr Analyst Global Social Platforms is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives. - Analyze social media data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive. - Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management. - Provide guidance and support to regional social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all global social platforms. - Identify and evaluate technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes. - Research, identify and promote technology solutions that enable business objectives. - Develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s). - Recommend cost-saving solutions and implementation plans. - Investigate complex system problems to identify causes for shortfalls, user needs, and corollary factors and prepare situation analysis. - Monitor quality standards, business requirements, time constraints, and budgetary resources within projects. - Provide status reports, progress reports, and documentation to information technology and business partners. - Support operations by ensuring orders are placed, updating vendor contracts, and solving day-to-day technology-based business issues. - Collaborate with business users and project managers to define technical requirements. - Process employee suggestions and ideas for process improvement. - Track system development and improvements and interpret changes for programming staff and other functional areas. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in social media platforms and provide recommendations for adoption. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a global or multi-national organization. - Experience in Sprinklr solutions is highly desirable. - Experience in Influencer solutions is highly desirable. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business results. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Experience with social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootesuite, Sprout Social, Traackr, or CreatorIQ. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desired Qualifications - 6-8 years of relevant work experience in IT, with a focus on social media platforms. - Experience working in large and global enterprises is desirable. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, R, Scala. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Advanced verbal and written skills in English.
