We are a new model of agency with a deep skillset in tech and marketing, hiring curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating.As part of our collaborative global design team, you’ll transform complex information into captivating presentations, primarily within Google Slides, with strong understanding of other presentation platforms.In this role, you will work with strategists and creatives to craft narratives for diverse audiences, from internal stakeholders to high-profile external events.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of visually compelling presentations for a variety of audiences, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging.Translate complex data and concepts into clear, concise slides with impactful visuals and minimal dense text.Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to understand objectives and develop effective presentation strategies.Develop and maintain brand-aligned presentation templates and guidelines.Incorporate thoughtful animations and transitions to enhance engagement and understanding.Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering growth and collaboration.Experience you already have3+ years of professional design experience with a strong focus on presentation design.Compelling online portfolio showcasing presentation design expertise.Advanced proficiency in Google Slides, with strong working knowledge of Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint.Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for asset creation and manipulation.Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.Experience creating and implementing purposeful animations and motion graphics within presentations.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate within a global team.Experience working with brand style guides and strong English communication skills.Ability to lead smaller projects and guide junior designers.Optional skillsProficiency in motion design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) for animated visuals and transitions.Experience creating and implementing video within presentations.Knowledge of 3D design and animation.Take into accountThis role requires you to be open to ideally working approximately 2 days per week from our office located in Villa Crespo.What we offerA fully equipped office with refreshments provided all week.Premium healthcare through OSDE for the employee and their immediate family members.Mendel prepaid card with a monthly allowance for meals.Monthly reimbursements for Wi-Fi/electricity expenses.Monthly reimbursements for training/English classes.100% covered “Plant Total” membership at Sportclub.Flexible vacation policy.We support you being youDEPT is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
