inglés es un diferencialJob Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies across Latin America (Brazil / Argentina / Mexico / Colombia, etc.)- Identify and onboard local KOLs, communities, affiliates, trading groups, and channel partners- Drive user acquisition and increase trading volume in the region- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners- Track BD performance metrics (new users, active traders, trading volume, channel ROI)- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide insights to internal teams- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve local growth strategyRequirements- 1–3 years of experience in BD / Sales / Partnerships (crypto experience preferred)- Strong understanding of the LatAm crypto ecosystem- Existing network of KOLs / communities is a strong plus- Result-oriented with strong execution ability- Ability to work independently in a remote environmentCompensation- Competitive base salary- Performance-based commission (linked to trading volume / KOL performance)- Flexible remote work- Fast growth opportunity in a global crypto exchange
