Responsibilities: - Develop, plan, and manage podcast content strategy from concept to release. - Write, edit, and proofread engaging scripts for episodes. - Coordinate with audio engineers, editors, and guest speakers. - Manage podcast schedules and publishing calendars. - Optimize podcasts for SEO and audience engagement across platforms. - Analyze metrics and listener feedback to improve content performance. - Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote episodes. Requirements: - Proven experience in podcast management, content creation, or digital media. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Familiarity with podcast production tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition, Anchor, etc.). - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for audio content and audience engagement.
