About Boundless Life Boundless empowers remote workers to experience - with their families - the nomad lifestyle many people without children have been enjoying for years. It creates a complete "live abroad" immersive experience for families looking to get the most of what the digital age and the world can offer. Through premium kid-friendly lodging and a cutting-edge education system that follows the children wherever they go, Boundless brings together a community of like-minded families who want to explore the planet while working remotely and having a positive impact on their lives and the world. Since we were founded in 2021, we have quickly grown to 5 locations across two continents and close to 100 team members of different nationalities. We’re continuing to grow at a fast pace. We’ll be opening 2 new locations, and have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature and the world. The role What’s in it for you - Excellent communication and English skills. - Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with Boundless Life’s growth plans. - Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management for real estate, construction, and services. - Collaborate with the finance team to optimise costs and manage procurement budgets. - Ensure compliance with legal and sustainability standards in all procurement activities. - Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. - Track and report on procurement KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals. - Support the opening of new Boundless Life locations, focusing on real estate acquisitions and operational sourcing. About you - 5-7 years of experience in procurement, within real estate, hospitality, or related industries. - Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale supplier contracts. - Excellent understanding of procurement processes, legal contracts, and cost management. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally. - Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. - Experience with sustainability initiatives is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
