We’re currently looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer to join our growing company! In this role, you’ll collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to create and design a variety of visually rich assets to support presentations, workbooks, handouts, user guides, infographics, and brochures.
Responsibilities
Leverage knowledge of graphic design principles to increase usability and transform complex written information into clear and precise visual communication.
Visualize business and technical concepts, relationships, and processes to create high-quality, reusable training materials.
Create, conceptualize, and improve upon slides and presentations in PowerPoint.
Apply graphic and instructional design principles to a variety of training projects that may be large or complex in scope.
Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject matter experts to schedule reviews and make updates accordingly.
Recommend different formats, layouts, and visual assets to improve the learning experience for Netcracker end users and other training participants.
Build excellent relationships across teams and projects, and mentor team members to teach best practices and techniques in graphic and instructional design.
Follow and maintain Netcracker's graphic and instructional design standards and templates.
Skills and Experience
3–7 years of graphic design experience (flexible depending on portfolio)
Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent)
Ability to create:
Web banners and digital assets
Diagrams, infographics, and simple visual explanations
Brochures, one-pagers, and marketing collateral
Event-related design deliverables, e.g. booth design
Experience working with marketing and product teams
Experience supporting senior leadership / executives preferred
Background in IT, software, B2B, or technology-driven companies preferred
Advanced/fluent oral and written English
Can work from high-level input and deliver polished results independently
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Able to handle multiple requests in parallel
Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency
Ability to adapt visuals for different audiences (executive, customer, internal)
Basic understanding of web formats and accessibility
Experience with complex or technical content
Motion graphics or light animation
Availability to work from the office in Hybrid mode
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Branding, or a related field.
Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud tools a plus.
