Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Decision Intelligence & Advanced Analytics
Contract: 6–12 months (with possible extension)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive performance measurement and build scalable, production-grade analytical solutions within a high-velocity supply chain environment.
This role goes beyond model experimentation. The ideal candidate must be capable of designing end-to-end decision intelligence solutions, from data modeling and advanced analytics to business impact measurement and stakeholder adoption.
You will operate in a fast-paced production ecosystem where reliability, scalability, and measurable business outcomes are critical.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions to optimize supply chain performance.
* Develop performance measurement frameworks aligned with business KPIs.
* Build automated, production-ready analytical pipelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable data solutions.
* Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, documentation, and model governance.
* Drive stakeholder adoption by clearly communicating insights and quantifying business impact.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in advanced analytics, decision science, and applied AI/ML.
* Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL.
* Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Databricks).
* Experience with modern data platforms and analytics engineering (Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses).
* Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot).
* Experience working in production-grade environments with scalable data systems.
* Strong product mindset and experience delivering solutions using agile methodologies.
* Proven ability to quantify business value and align analytical solutions with strategic objectives.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
