Job Title: Salesforce CRM Systems Analyst
Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Systems Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and managing our Salesforce ecosystem, driving business growth through effective CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Sales Cloud, application administration, integration, and AI-led automation to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights. This position plays a critical role in aligning Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and maximizing CRM value.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead the administration and configuration of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to support business processes and user requirements.
* Design, develop, and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems to ensure data consistency and process automation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Manage and optimize Salesforce application administration tasks including user management, security roles, profiles, workflows, and validation rules.
* Drive AI-led automation initiatives within Salesforce to enhance sales productivity and decision-making using tools such as Einstein Analytics and AI-driven workflows.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to maintain optimal CRM functionality.
* Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to promote adoption and effective use of Salesforce features.
* Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
* Collaborate closely with IT, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure Salesforce supports cross-functional business needs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst or Administrator with a focus on Sales Cloud.
* Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent are highly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in application administration, configuration, and customization of Salesforce environments.
* Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
* Strong knowledge of AI-led automation tools within Salesforce, including Einstein Analytics and process automation capabilities.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
