Our team members are the heart and soul of our success, consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service to our clients and their passengers across North and Latin America.Role Purpose Statement: The job incumbent is responsible for supporting the business by drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as supporting the department in civil and corporate law matters, and other relevant topics to the company, providing risk assessment and guidance to mitigate risks in support of managerial decisions.Main AccountabilitiesProvide legal support to departments such as Operations, Sales, RH, and Procurement.Drafting, revising, and negotiating vendors, suppliers, and customers' agreements, as well as airport lease agreements.Drafting and revising legal documents, policies and official communications.Support in legal proceedings, hearings, and meeting legal deadlines. Advising internal clients on civil, corporate and regulatory law matters.Monitor legislative and regulatory updates, ensuring company’s legal compliance.Advising on general topics in support of company’s interests.Supporting company in licenses and permits proceedings.Relationship with external law firms and internal departmentsEnsure compliance with internal and external deadlines.Support the company’s various business initiatives.Foster best practices, collaboration and knowledge sharing across legal team. Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceFull qualified lawyer with good standing license from Brazilian bar associationAt least 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyerProven experience in contractual lawSounding knowledge of tax and corporate law highly desirableAbility to work independentlyHigh intercultural awareness Advanced knowledge of SpanishAdvanced knowledge of English (a plus)Full MS-Office package, including Excel.
