We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to maintain long-term, valuable relationships with existing and potential clients.
You will be the primary point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, responsible for overseeing business development from onboarding throughout the account's lifetime on our platform.
As an Account Manager, you will be the expert on platform-related matters, facilitating client adaptation and providing exceptional support to ensure partner confidence in our services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients through navigation of our platform, introducing new features, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
* Fostering continued business by nurturing relationships and delivering unparalleled value.
* Communicating effectively with clients via chat or video calls, ensuring prompt issue resolution and regular follow-ups.
* Working independently and collaboratively with team members across departments to achieve account satisfaction.
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs.
* Continued self-education on industry knowledge and platform features.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in direct response marketing, strategy implementation, negotiation, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, customer service, time management, planning, prioritization, organization, and adaptability. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
