Key Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our platform.
* The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing client onboarding, expansions, and renewals.
* They will be responsible for leading discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders to position our platform as a core system and maximize its value.
To succeed in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS company.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-facing abilities.
* Hands-on experience with onboarding and implementation processes of Salesforce or other CRMs.
