About the Role

Job Summary
* The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent with a strong focus on AI and technology profiles.
* Responsibilities include identifying and engaging passive and active candidates, maintaining records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and collaborating with stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition Strategy
* The successful candidate will identify and engage top talent worldwide, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.
* They will also partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.
* Mandatory experience in sourcing AI.
* Knowledge of talent markets in APAC, EMEA, MENA, and Americas.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
* Strong research and online sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Familiarity with ATS tools such as Recruitee.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities.
* Proactive, resourceful, and data-driven approach.
