Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive sales team management experience to drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing sales teams, leveraging market research to identify key client needs, and delivering compelling presentations that secure new deals.

* Leads a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
* Conducts thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Develops and implements targeted sales strategies to meet client needs and preferences.
* Presents company offerings to potential clients through in-person and remote meetings, showcasing the value proposition and securing new deals.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of sales experience targeting US clientele.
* Recent relevant sales team management experience.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
* Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term relationships with clients.
